My laptop is displaying no bootale devise, even though the hard disk is firmly fixed.

No bootable device means Windows doesn't see your boot drive.
You need to remove the drive and connect it via USB to another computer to see if it is recognized. If not, replace the drive. Short of expensive data recovery, I would say everything on it is lost as the drive is likely totally dead.
