Loud noise only when input in

New to these devices (this is a Peavey Vypyr VIP 2) and I have no idea what is causing it. I see multiple things that look wrong but nothing I can definitely say is causing the issue and it honestly looks like someone else opened it and did stuff before me. Any ideas are appreciated.

@nishinoyay84986 could you repost an image for us? There are two things I noticed on here

and could be nothing. Probably just my old eyes but looks a bit odd to me.

@nishinoyay84986 did anything improve? I am so tempted to suggest the capacitors. They don't look to domed but some are always catching my eyes when I look at the images. Do you have a capacitance meter? Check your image, third one from the bottom. Around U10/U14 designator. Those 3 IC's are your OP_AMP. It looks like the solder on those "legs" has been worked on. I would at least try to resolder those. Here is TI RC4580 Op Amp datasheet for those. Check the Vin and Vout voltages and let us know what you get, after you resolder those IC's

@nishinoyay84986 U4 U10 and U14 are the amp IC's that I would definitely reflow. The whole area marked looks a bit unusual Even the solder on the capacitor looks dull and somehow wrong

@nishinoyay84986 here is the schematic for the board in Question. Replace C72 with a 220µF 50V 20% Electrolytic SMD capacitor. Let us know what you get after that. Still, resolder U4 U10 U14 to make sure that those make proper connection.Vypyr VIP2 YR 40 DSP

I edited to add the picture, not sure what the yellow stuff could be and I don't know what to think about that wire on that ribbon cable. Let me know what you think/find. If you want better pictures I can take pictures of things with my digital camera, but it will take a bit longer.

@nishinoyay84986 use some isopropyl alcohol and a cotton tip applicator and see if it cleans off. Even dust bunnies can cause short circuits:-)

It no longer makes the noise when the volume is off but it makes a whining like noise and the loud noise comes back when volume is turned on. I don't have one sadly. I've also never soldered before so I'm not sure how much help me trying to resolder it would help as I might not do much better then what's already there. But, if you point out where, I'll give it a shot (cause I can't seem to find it myself despite your directions)
