LG OLED tv will not power up.
Hello, after 5 months of use my LG OLED 55C3PUA tv stopped working and is now nothing g more than a black picture frame. We had two techs, via LG, come out and both replaced the same board. The power supply board and what I call the I/O board (there may be another name for this board but that is alwa7s what I knew boards such as these to be called).
So, after all that it is still a black picture frame on my walk. It just seems to me that they are either missing something or perhaps there is another board (one in the middle of the TV perhaps?) that hasn't been tried. I tried power resetting by pressing the power button on the tv for 20 seconds and then unplugging it for at least 2 or 3 minutes but all to no avail.
Can you suggest anything else I can try? I worked as an electronic tech for 35 years b3fore retiring in 2016 so I'm pretty rusty but I do have a pretty good understanding of basic electronics and it just seems they are missing something.
Thank you
Gary22

@gary2256192 just to clarify. The power board and the main board (you call it the I/O board I believe) have been replaced. Does your TV give you any sign of life?
Just as a reminder for my old brain, your TV is a LG OLED55C3PUA which LG refers to as a C3 series TV.

Yes, both power and main boards have been replaced (twice) by LG approved technicians with the same results. Will not power on.. Yes the TV is the OLED55C3PUA model.
Also, I was able to get to those images and documents you sent and i can see why they keep replacing those two boards but it's obviously something else.
Thank you.

By replacing boards does not mean that it is repaired, but it is replaced my 2 year old grand son can do that.
To repair a board you have to be qualified electronic technician to be able to repair down to component level. REPLACING DOES NOT MEAN REPAIRING.

Hi @ishkhan65693
It is more difficult these days to repair boards down to component level as usually there are no schematics available and even if you find the faulty component mostly there's no information on them to let you know what their value is, especially if they're smd type components as it often the case these days The only option left is to replace the board
