How do you receive notification of an incoming call at the moment, to know that there is one? Does the vibrate motor work?
Can you hear audio OK from the loudspeaker e.g. call using hands free mode?
Has the phone been dropped or gotten wet at all?

Have you ensured that the ringtone volume in your sound mixer settings is increased and that the phone is not in vibrate only or silenced mode or do not disturb mode?
