Camera does not tilt or roll

Hello,

My camera does not move on roll and tilt axes, but pan is OK.

I think I have to change the two motor but it not seems possible.

Any advice for this?

Did you solve this problem? If cam movements are blocked or gimbal information corrupted (by a faulty cable e.g.) this also would mean no startup 'beep' and error code on your screen? Please supply more info.
