I charge the phone with 4 amp wire ...then the battry starts to drain fast. When its plugged in it only shows the charging logo with no progress on charging ..and when i put it in the original charge it charge and stops continuly ...i change the charging board and battry the problem is not solved

@ahmadyousif since you've already replaced the battery and the charging board, there are only a few possibilities left. First make sure that all of the flex cables are properly connected and that there is no corrosion or bend pins in the connectors. Check the flex cable that connects from the charging board to the main board. Check for tears, punctures and corrosion. If all of that checks out, you want to follow the Samsung Flowchart for the No charging Situation. Check the capacitors with a multimeter to ensure you have the proper voltages and if you don't you may need to reflow or replace the IC's as listed.
