@ayoagbabiaka just going by "dark patches and several lines" it sounds like you have a broken display. Of course, it will help to confirm this by you posting a couple of pictures of what it is that your screen is showing you.
Since you did not tell us the exact model of your Tecno phone, we can't help you with any instructions.
