Looking at the wiring diagram (see image below) from the 2006 Dodge Ram repair manual, it appears that the AC compressor clutch doesn't have a separate fuse.
The same fuse that supplies power to it, supplies power to 4 other components as well. Presumably they're all working OK?
Perhaps check if the wiring from the clutch back to the fuse block (dark blue/yellow wire) and earth connection to the clutch motor is OK and that the clutch motor winding is also OK.

The image you posted seems to be from the 2005 model but I'm not sure about that.
Here's the Dodge Ram 2006 Wiring section from the repair manual I used just to check it is the same as what you have
Go to sections 8W-13 -1 (index for IPM p.27 of 520), then section 8W-13-3 & 4 (fuse allocation) 8W-13-29 (AC clutch wiring) 8W-42-1 (entire AC wiring section) The section/page numbers are at the top of each page.
The Dodge Ram 2005 Wiring is more detailed and looks like what you posted re the IPM layout.
