Back glass is loose

Hi there,

Looking to purchase an iPhone 8 off a marketplace. But before I buy I thought I’d ask the repairability score on the device. The device is selling for $79aud, but has a faulty battery, charging port and back glass is loose. My issue is only with the back glass. Would it just need new adhesive?

if the glass is loose it must have been replaced before as the genuine glass is stuck down very well
