Rotating Blinking lights after 5 min on Kenmore Dryer

I am trying to find out what is wrong with my dryer. After 5 minutes of turning it on I get rotating blinking lights. The dryer is still drying and the Wrinkle Guard is off. I have also cleaned out the ducts and there is air flow going through. What is wrong with my dryer?
