Facing Issue in My Gaming Computer

Hello everyone,

I'm experiencing frequent crashes and artifacts on my gaming computer (Legion 5i (16", Gen 9)) screen, particularly when playing graphically demanding games. Could this be a driver issue, or is my GPU failing?

Could these symptoms indicate a GPU hardware failure, or is it more likely a driver issue that I need to address? If anyone has encountered similar problems or has suggestions on how to diagnose and fix this, I would greatly appreciate your insights.

Thank you in advance for your help!

To completely eliminate the driver issue download DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) and run it following all directions carefully.

DDU This program, in Safe Mode, removes all traces of your video drivers on your macihne including settings, etc.

Video drivers can be quite complex and one corrupt link in the "chain" can cause problems.

Running a thorough system memory check would also be a good idea. First unseat and reseat the memory modules on your motherboard. before running the tests.
