2005 Honda Civic Lx 1.7L check engine light blinking running rough/ shaking at idle or at a stop ive already replaced all 4 of the coil packs, the spark plugs and the injectors as well as both o2 sensors and the exhaust manifold/ catalytic converter.
I'm stumped and need to get this figured out and fixed ASAP as it's my only vehicle

The quickest way to know what's wrong is to get the vehicle's OBDII port scanned and check what DTC codes have been logged.
If there is a code (or codes) it will tell you what the problem is.
Major auto parts retail stores in the USA e.g. AutoZone will do this for free apparently.

I've already took it to advance auto and all the codes that show up are for misfire in all 4 cylinders and both O2 sensors which I just replaced both O2 sensors as well as all 4 of the spark plugs and all 4 of the coil packs
Have you checked the harness connections on the ECM module (under/behind dash, passenger side)?
