If you still have your Tap, contact your internet provider and ask them what the spec's are on your modem. You may have a multi band modem and it is currently set for 5G only. I recently moved to OKC and all of my Alexa devices started having connectivity issues. My provider helped me set up my modem to recognize both, 2.4G and 5G. Me and Alexa are happy campers now.
