Removing screen from front bezel non-destructively

Hello,

I'm looking for a way to remove the screen from the bezel of an FZ-G1, I don't actually have the whole device, I just have the front bezel which has the webcam, screen, and front navigation buttons on it. I'm planning on using the display for a project as it has a wacom digitizer and a capacitive touch screen.

Would anyone happen to know of a way to separate the screen from the display without destroying it?

This might not be obvious from the image I posted, but the front surface is not flat as it is on modern devices, there is a bezel and the screen is visible through a cutout in the bezel.

Not sure if it helps but the FZ-G1 has an IP65 rating, so how ever they chose to bond the screen to the bezel must be pretty strong/durable.

the common way is to heat it with a blow dryer. The tape softens and allows removal.
