Too slow and freeze

My laptop with 8gb RAM and 1 TB SSHD .i5-9th gen
its to slow while using chrome and everything sometime frozen . I really dont know what the issue is.
Should I need to increase the ram like 8gb DDR 4 and replace the SSHD to 1 tb SSD would that solve my issues?

Chrome eats memory. If you have many tabs open, that is the problem. It isn't an SSD issue, it is RAM. Try Firefox or upgrade memory.
