It appears that you have discombobulated the Spasive Quantum Unit (SQU). Unfortunately the only way to fix this is to cut the red wire then solder it to the ocilating quantum unit (OQU), this will bypass the need for a SQU
But be warned; doing this causes the chance of a total failure by nearly 500% on travels that take more then 30 light years because the wormhole energy will not have a safe place to disperse and could interfere with older models of wormhole cutters (used to close the wormhole) because the energy of it will be too much to close and you will be stuck in the wormhole forever.
However newer OQU models (T-605 and above) can handle this and safely disperse it so if you have please one disregard the previous statement.

It seems I have an older model. Maybe Anubis messed with it. I can not find the SQU. The main chrystal in the DHD has a writing on it that says Raspberry Pi 3B+ My ancient is not good, I maybe mistranslated it. Who would pick Raspberries off his pie to power a Stargate ?
Just a wild guess. Could my Zero point Module be depleted? I feel building this incredible advanced piece of technology could be a long and wild journey, that can last a long time.
That fact that you don't have an SQU is probably the reason for it's discombobulation, to your second point hast thou not listened when the monks on the street proclaim a time long ago when the pie made of raspberries could transport someone into another dimesnsion, it has long been speculated that is how the stargate works but we may never know
About your zero point module, if it is empty right now then it won't be when you go through a wormhole, this is called the calibration period. Coming of the assembly line they don't have power so you wil have to make a jump to fuel it and then it will be full for the rest of time it appears by opening it you depleted it so you will have to jump then it will be fine, this is the reason you aren't exactly supposed to open them

Stargate as it should look like. Problem. I replaced the inner ring. It seems I squeezed a wire that blocked the glyph ring. I have to disassemble it again. Where is Carter, when I need her?
