I connected from my new usb cable to pc to mobile to transfer files from mobile to computer but phone didn't connecting when i used my old usb cable it was connected why it wasn't connecting to my computer from new usb cabe new was charging but not connecting?🥸

Some cables are not sync compatible. If the cable is a generic cable there is a good chance that could be the case.
