Model A1993. 2018 refresh of the Apple Mac mini. Processor options include 3.6 GHz quad-core Intel Core i3, 3.0 GHz 6-core Intel Core i5, and 3.2GHz 6-core Intel Core i7 processors.

Can anyone identify this chip?

My Mac mini won't power on and only thing I can see on the boar that looks blown is this

@scuzy that is a 68µF 16V 20% Poly-Tant capacitor in a D2E case. Check Mouser.com or Digikey.com for a replacement.

The case can be a hard match but a Mouser part number 80-T520D686M16ATE50 will fit and so will this one from Digikey.

Thank you I order the parts. Will there be a marking on which side is + like the chip in picture? It's been awhile since I've done any electronics soldering.

@scuzy yes, the polarity will be marked.
