Hi! No problem! Not sure which component this is... I think it's easier to buy a broken motherboard or something and de-solder the component from there to solder it on yours. The component is not labeled as well, so it's hard to say at the moment... How are the traces? Are those OK?

Hi!

So the old one has the same issue now? Then most likely a solder pad/trace is damaged. Please make some photo's of the board and share it with us. With this we can determine what need to be done. Thanks!

@hamodizoabi Would you happen to have pictures of the board to ensure the traces within it aren't damaged?

crwdns2934271:0crwdnd2934271:0crwdne2934271:0

I tried, not sure if you can actually see anything.

Would it be possible that I over heated the board ?

crwdns2934271:0crwdnd2934271:0crwdne2934271:0

Overheating the board is possible. Because other components can be damaged with too much heat. Best thing to do is to post a picture (if possible). If a pad broke or trace, we should be able to see it. Thanks!
