screen is dark but all sounds of phone is working
my phone's screen is not responding but all the sounds are coming and I cannot access the phone

Ok so I think that might be the answer. If you dropped it, and keeping in mind that it is a phone, not a computer, your best chances will be getting it repaired. However, you obviously want to get your stuff off. If you plug it into your computer, does it register your phone?
