I may also take this moment to remind you, the description of your phone states low-budget. Cheap appliances often spontaneously decide to break.
Do you think the screen might be dirty? Try taking a cloth and putting hand sanitiser or glass cleaner on it and wiping the screen clean with it until it all dries up.
