My MVWB766FW1 will not start. Outlet is fine and no error code show.

We tried reset and does not make any difference. Power from outlet is fine. No error code appears and no green light. Nothing to indicate what is the trouble. What to do next?

Hi @barbarajen99312,

Here's the tech sheet for the washer that may help.

Go to p.2 and check if the diagnostic LED on the control board is On or Off.

If it is Off follow the directions to check if the voltage supplies are OK or not.

If it is ON, try to run the diagnostic tests as described by the manual also on p.2

If there's a faulty part that needs replacing here's the parts list that is useful.

Search through the list to find the wanted part and when you find it you'll see that the manufacturer's part number for the part is listed with it.

Search online for the part number only to find suppliers that suit you best.
