ccfl to led conversion for 32pf9531 10 me6 version

i asked philips and their service partner for support but no help and they said it should not be done

but i did it anyway (again*)

the me6 version has a 295v power supply for the ccfl board

but i bought a 24 volt for the led driver board

operation hours 14717

no errors

with 20 ( 5 x 4 have dark spots and edges left right 24 would be better and is 42 backwards ) 3v leds in serial

the backlight brightness adjustment does not work at the moment so the total power consumption is 42 watt

backlight off (1M63 connector pin 1) or led driver board disconnected (1319 connector) power consumption is 35 watt

VBLON for 5 volt is connected to 1M63 (card reader pin 2) on the audio standby board

for 24 volt ( pin 1 - 5 ) and ground ( pin 6 - 10 ) i used the 1319 connector on the power supply

in the service manual and schematics for me6 version it seems most is controlled with i²c but the pins (11 - 14) on 1319 do not work with the VDC91802.ZZ (was in my toshiba tv) or YS-DZ-3.1 board

?how to connect the VDC91802.ZZ (was in my toshiba tv) or YS-DZ-3.1 backlight driver module

for adjustment (PDM VDM DET cant find information for the pins and how to connect them)

pin 13 ( VDM ) on the led driver pcb is connected to the connector 1D42 ( pin 3 ) for reducing the power consumption from 72 to 42 watt but does not change when in tv settings ( contrast brightness ect.) get changed

since it was connected to the ccfl board under the power board

now i am thinking to try and modify the backlight brightness adjustment with another circuit ( made over 20 years ago a simple alarm system ) with a photo resistor for automatic dimming but not sure how to limit the voltage 0 - 5 volt depending on the light condition in the room

*i have done (2016) a ccfl to led conversion on a 32wl66p toshiba tv with 24v power supply it was much easier (analog adjustment for dimming 0 - 5 volt same for backlight on) than this but now the lcd panel is broken dont know if the panel in philips is compatible with the toshiba tv firmware
