Would there be anyway for me to fix or replace this?

Canon Sure Shot AF35M

I've tried vinegar but I feel like its too far gone, it's an old camera but I would love to get it back in a good commission again, does anyone have any ideas on what I could do?

@augustcarriere citric acid and a long cotton tipped applicator. Not sure if you have this camera apart etc, but I would even consider pouring some inside of it. Let it bubble away. Just make sure that you can get to the other side to clean of anything that may drip through. I actually doesn't look to terribly bad :-)

Update (04/26/24)
