Jura E8 Fill Water Tank

My new Jura E8 is telling me to Fill the water tank. My tank is full. I don't see where my tank has a float in it. I have tried removing the filter and reinserting it. It will not allow me to do anything.

I woke up this morning and for some reason it started working on its own! Not sure what changed.

There is a floating magnet, the little black upright brick on the bottom. Does it move? Or perhaps it has been lost?

If the Jura is new - I would visit the store where I bought it and ask for help.

Sometimes the magnet can get stuck with limescale and then doesn't move with the water, making the machine think the tank is either always full or always empty. Check if the magnet is loose, it should move up and down if you rotate the empty water tank. If the magnet moves freely but the same error remains, then it's likely a problem with the sensor that detects the magnet, or possibly the control board.
