Keyboard not working after battery replacement

I replaced the battery using the ifixit replacement, tooks & kit. No problems except now the keyboard doesn’t work, except the power button. I even went through the process again, still doesn’t work.

It sounds like there's a problem with the trackpad flex cable (possibly where it plugs into the top case underneath the main logic board). Double-check to make sure that all parts of the trackpad flex cable are fully connected and that the ZIF connector latches are fully latched down. This cable has to be functional and correctly installed in order for the keyboard to be functional. Good luck!

Thanks! I did manage to do this, just went back and was not as delicate to make sure everything was fully connected. Then I couldn't figure out how to delete my question. But hopefully this will help someone else in the future.
