will not come on the fan works is all , any ideas?

I replace the battery and the screen on my pro 4 and the first screen i got was fine except for every minute or so the display would go out of focus.

Installed another on start up blinked an that was all , dead.

Tried a last one will not come on the fan works is all , any ideas?

New board new battery new screen...
