I got a “new”drone, verry chep, and I have now found out, I need to have a power source to the remot.
I have changed for 5H the let it rest for 1 day. But still won’t power on.
But if am using a USB cable connection to a power supply it works like a charm.
Any idea?

Try replacing the batteries in the controller.
Here's the ifixit DJI RC-N1 Remote Controller Battery Replacement guide that shows what to do.
Search online for 18650 battery with connector (supplier examples only) to find suppliers that suit you best.

So you are think it’s the battery?
And not the chip in the remote that is bad,
If it works with the charger connected but not when on battery only, it may be the battery management circuit (if this is what you meant by "chip") but more likely it will be the batteries.
Even rechargeable batteries have a lifespan. They don't last forever ;-)
You said that it is "new" but this doesn't mean that it hasn't been in storage for a long time and the batteries may have become depleted beyond recovery.
Sometimes you can "kick start" them back into life by leaving the charger connected for some 3-4 hours and then they may start recharging and work OK but since you have tried charging it for 5 hours and still no good, this suggests that they can't be revived.
Since it is new you could try contacting the seller and ask them for a replacement or a refund as it should have worked straight out of the box.
