Why ice and water dispenser and freezer lights not working?

The door water and ice dispenser won’t work. At the same time the freezer light doesn’t come on. Ice is being made and the frig lights come on. This happened once before and it just randomly started working again. I tried to unplug and reset but it didn’t work. Now the front control panel has the red triangle on and it just buzzes when you press and buttons.

Is there a letter missing from the model number you posted?

There are nine PYE22KYN?FS models and they're not all the same as far as the wiring and also parts go.

Just to eliminate the possibility that the refrigerator is in Sabbath mode here's how to enter or exit this mode for the PYE22KY model series.

On the control panel, press and hold Lock and Light simultaneously for 3 seconds to either enter or exit Sabbath mode.

Sabbath Mode will turn off or dim interior lights, temperature control and advanced features. Compressor will run on a timed defrost when in Sabbath mode
