The water wasn't coming out for me and I followed the descaling process and it seems to be coming out now but only if I turn on the steamer for a couple seconds first. Any ideas?

@tamimontgomery Well - I have to "poke around in the fog". First Idea: this valve. Second idea: a weak pump, perhaps you will replace it. Did you see our troubleshooting page?
