i was in the process of cleaning my keyboard and in prying that key off, it came apart and now i have no idea the order in which the parts go into place....

@genesis66355 there are a few different key mechanisms around . You will have to determine which one suits your keyboard. Check on which ones you have, by comparing to this site

Now, to replace the keys is a bit trickier and since iFixit does not yet have a guide for that, try something like this video and many others on YT

While you work on your key caps, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit.
