My laptop screen show black but on it it shows window 7 proffesion
I was installing theme on my laptop after it get download I start I stalling on my laptop but while it was applying to laptop I suddenly shut down my laptop and after I open it its show the black screen and don't show desktop icons and task bar it show only cursor

Sounds like you have an issue that can be solved going to the recovery environment. From what I can see you have a dell laptop so I will refer you to their site
