yeah so just randomly one of the fans in my computer stopped spinning and when I try to clean it there is no movement at all even with nothing holding it still

@aaronw45814 that is a fairly new computer and this should be covered under warranty. Let them pay for either a new fan or the board level repair.
If anything and I would not do it, because I feel that Lenovo should cover this under warranty, is to replace the fan. After that you are looking toward testing and replacing components on the motherboard. Schematics and component layout will most likely not yet be available.

Have you checked the connectors for the fan or the fan cable itself? I think that could be the issue here.
