Service Information sought for Sharp Microwave

I want to get service info for a Sharp R3521GK microwave oven. I've searched online without luck. Specifically I want to enter special service and test modes to try and reprogram how the oven beeps and also if I can change the defaults for the kitchen timer. Usually service mode can be entered by pressing certain combos of buttons at power-on. I want to do it correctly, if I do wrongly I may turn the microwave into a large paperweight.
