Why my screen got black on its own
No dropping, no collision, but still got black screen.
Nothing is displaying on screen weather switching ON Or while charging.

Can you see if it is detected by a PC? You can also try to check if you can feel the vibration motor when turning it off and on. If it is recognised by a PC it might be the backlight circuit. Worst case based on my experience it is the screen failing on its own due to a manifacturing error.
