phone turns on shows apple logo and then goes blank with backlight on

As the title said my iphone 6s turns on shows apple logo and then goes blank with backlight on, I don't normally use it I only when I want to take something from it but since this years it is just like that.

I have used the apple recovering PC software to do a restore and update but it fails when the phone shows apple logo and brings up error ( 2009 ) also when I try to use third party recovery software for update and restore it also fails please do anyone have a solution to this or know what might have caused it.

Error code 2009 is a common error that can occur when you are trying to restore or update your iPhone using iTunes or Finder on a Mac. This error typically indicates a problem with the USB connection between your computer and your iPhone.

If you feel comfortable with opening the phone you can get a spare charge port and connect that to try isolating the issue from the phone. It might be the chargeport or the cable.

I also tried using a Mac to do the restore but it gave me error unknown (21) maybe I try what you suggested about changing lighting port

@anthonyakuta I would at least start there as a cheaper way of eliminating points of failure if you don't have another charging and data cable available.

This link says it is a hardware issue. Something that gives me a feeling it can only be 2 different points of failure. cable or port.

I have used a different cable like 3 different ports both USB A port and type c port, and I still get the same error when it reboots and just stops at apple logo and pop ups error (2009) or (21 on Mac )

@anthonyakuta Have you changed the port on the phone?
