Hello! Purchased a new battery replacement battery from here. I reversed the installation steps from the guide on here but upon connecting the battery I'm hearing a high pitched whine from the phone. Something akin to a coil squeal. I've immediately disconnected it after. Not sure if this will correct itself when proceeding through assembly.

Just wanted to chime in this wound up being an alignment issue. Just kept reconnecting it a few times and eventually the whining stopped when connected. Phone powered right back up

Also took a laser thermometer and saw the battery temperature steadily increase after completing.
