I have removed and cleaned, moved parts, reset the printer and nothing works. I'm still getting a "Paper Tray #1 not detected" error

The link is accessable through this site. I just noticed the guide says another name despite being found under the link below but the methods should be the same or similar.
Yes I have tried all that. Remove jammed paper, push the tray slowly, etc. I even tried a full reset and nothing worked
@oliversierra Does the machine give a specific error code?
