Sourcing Screws to Hold In Battery

I'm hoping to get a battery replacement for my laptop which hasn't had a battery in quite some time. However, with several moves, the screws used to secure the battery have been lost. Is there any place I can find the battery retention screws, or even just something that works as a stand-in for them?

Depending on what kind of screws they are these might fit

I would advice checking the original screws that might be left or the screw holes in the laptop with a caliper to make sure they fit

The original retention screws were Phillips head, but I'll take whatever solution I can get. They're cheap enough that I'll buy them and give them a try. And while I don't have a caliper around, I do have one retention screw left I can compare them to.

@nathandavi62193 I would highly recomend making sure they are the right size first instead of finding out after spending money on it. Even if they are cheap.
