Arrow on OMV lid-? wrong direction

A quick question about this OMV- the arrow on the lid, above the "To Patient" sign on the body points to the left, which I think is the inlet valve.

Is that the correct alignment, or is something wrong with this?

The device is not in clinical use...

@iannesbitt it appears that you are correct. I wonder if it has been taking apart or if this is a factory assembly error

I think it's a factory assembly/engraving error, since it's not possible to put the lid on back to front.
