I called Epson she trouble shot it and no joy still says paper jam. no paper anywhere. all lights blinking. its eco tank so taking out cartridge is a no go. any suggestions?

Such complex problems for this errors
It can be caused by:
_ main roller move uncontrollable (decoder problem)
_ carriage stuck (can't move freely)
_ dirty encoder.
_ paper feed can't work normally.
_ carriage locking mechanism cant open (rarely happen for this case)
