LG lfx25973d Ice maker tray stops mid turn

Have a lfx25973d the ice maker starts to turn to drop the ice, stops midway gives off a annoying sounding clicking sound. I open it up I see it stuck mid rotation I then goes back to original starting point not dispensing the ice cubes.

Tried resetting it will work a few times dispensing ice then get stuck again. Any ideas before I consider replacing the whole ice making unit???

If you decide to replace the ice maker, what is the full model number of the refrigerator as there appears to be different ice makers used in variants of the refrigerator model number that you posted?
