Why is my screen blue
It keep popping up a blue screen when i try too boot it up

Blue screens are actually quite generic as far as errors go. They can occur because of any number of error. It just means something went wrong. It will usually give a stop code, or some kind of error code on the blue screen which can give more clues. Which error are you getting? Take a picture if it flashes too quickly to read the error message.
