The orange light on your Nintendo DS Lite indicates that the system is charging. However, it may take up to fifteen minutes of charging before the system turns on. The full charging time is approximately 3 ½ hours (which may increase if you use the system while it’s charging). If the issue persists, consider checking the battery, inspecting the board for any issues, or seeking professional assistance.
