Is this the same washer you asked about before i.e. model number 796.31433710?

If so, here's the user manual that may help.

Go to p.33 to view all the possible causes for an IE error code (water fills slowly or not at all problem).

If still no good after trying to fix the problem then how old is the washer?

There's a 12 month warranty on the machine and you can call the Kenmore service section and they will be able to diagnose it remotely to hopefully tell you more. See Kenmore Connect System on p.28 of the user manual linked above.

FYI your model is an LG washer that has been made for Kenmore as it is made using LG parts only.
