The 2001-2006 GMC Yukon came off the assembly line with two Bosch O2 Sensors, installed below the exhaust manifold flanges and above the cat converter. Good Luck.

@pernellgroom there are a total of 4 (four ) O2 sensors. Bank 1 is on the driver side and sensor 1 is the upstream O2 sensor, whereas sensor 2 is the downstream past the cat one.
