Hi @habtamuabrha,
Are you trying to use an Ethernet (LAN) or mobile broadband (SIM) internet connection for the WiFi hotspot?
If a mobile broadband connection, just verifying that there's a SIM card inserted in the SIM card slot on the right side of the laptop, near the power port?
Is the mobile internet connection showing as a connection type?
