OK, I think I get where we are heading here, The captures show a fan which is trying to cool things down (Red lined) but yet the CPU chip is not really excessively hot (better than 90ºC) here with YouTube hitting 73ºC
So... Why is the fan racing? I'm wondering if either the fan its self has a problem within its fan's tach unit or the logic board control circuitry.
So what happened to the system? Did you have a liquid spill or sit the system down on a wet surface.
What I look at is the Heat Sink Proximity sensor and what the CPU cores are doing. There is a bit of lag between them but the delta difference should be consistent as the temps rise. This tells me the Heat Sink its self is working correctly and as we aren't (at least in these captures) red lining the CPU the Heat Sink and the Fan are working! But clearly the Fan is over doing things!
I would recommend getting the full version of TG Pro as that might offer more info within its diagnostics.

@ramonferre18311 - I find this thermal monitoring app offers both a bit more and a good presentation of the data TG Pro when the system is running hard take a snapshot of the Apps main window posting it here for us to see. Do make sure to capture all of the sensors sliding the slide dow will expose a few more.
