You will need 2 parts.
As stated above,
1) a new screen.
2) a new ear speaker assembly.

Unfortunately after this damage, you will NOT have face I.D functionality (unless someone has found a way to reprogram proxy sensor and I'm just out of the loop)
While this is unfortunate, it is NOT the end of your devices life!
Be a little less aggressive opening these devices, ensure to use plastic pry tools if you are not 100% confident in your repair as you can slice right through these fpc connections.
Using heat is always helpful too.
