The XV40 Camry was introduced at the 2006 North American International Auto Show alongside a hybrid version and went on sale in March 2006 for the 2007 model year.

ac interior blower motor still on after engine turned off

Battery was dead so replaced the battery, but when I hooked the new battery up the interior fan went on and stayed on even after pulling the appropriate fuses. I disconnected the negative post on the battery so it wouldn’t run the battery down. What could cause this?

Most likely a relay stuck. Or is it possible that you connected something to the new battery incorrectly?

Battery was connected correctly. So is the relay part of the blower motor or somewhere else, and if part of the motor do I need to replace the whole motor?

The relay is usually separate and as far as a location you can Google search your exact make, model and question and that should bring up videos and other instructions.
